Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Orders

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-7 business days of receipt. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Sunday, excluding national holidays.

If your tracking details are not updated within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and national holidays), you may contact us at orders@passiflora.health, and we will assist you with the status of your order. Passilflora

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, email us at customers@passiflora.health before the order is dispatched. Address changes cannot be made once the order is picked up by the courier.

To ensure the safe delivery of your orders, we only use trusted courier services and/or Speed Post. However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, Speed Post, or factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

However, in rare circumstances where delivery is not possible—such as lack of courier service availability in your area, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or unforeseen events—we will notify you, cancel the order, and provide a full refund.

Returns Policy

At Passiflora, we take great care to ensure the quality of your shipment. Every order undergoes two levels of packaging and inspection before dispatch. In the unlikely event of an issue, we offer a replacement guarantee for:

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will dispatch the available items immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are restocked.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
